The meanings of the following terms as used in this document are provided below:

• "Platform" means the rbsji website, its associated pages, and all services provided.
• "User" or "You" means any person who accesses the platform or uses any of its services.
• "Account" means a personal profile registered on the platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer, cashback, or reward provided by rbsji.
• "Wagering" means the total bet amount required to become eligible to withdraw bonus funds.
• "Money" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts may be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account suspension or closure. If any of your details change, contact us immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is not permitted. If you believe your account security has been compromised, contact rbsji support immediately.

3.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for depositing funds at rbsji are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Your account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal. It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

The applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. You may be asked to submit the necessary documents to verify your identity before a withdrawal request is processed. rbsji reserves the right to hold payments in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn (৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000).

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, rbsji reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same device is prohibited. All bonus offers may have specific expiry periods.

4.4 VIP Program

The rbsji VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.6%), Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.9%), and Platinum (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). You can advance to a higher tier based on your activity. The benefits of each tier are distinct and subject to change.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on rbsji are operated fairly and transparently. Games available on the platform are provided by reputable suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error or system outage, the relevant bet or game session may be considered void and the stake for that period may be refunded. rbsji reserves the right to correct any erroneous payouts caused by technical issues.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Playing games or placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or collusion with other users to deceive the platform.
• Abusing the bonus system or operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If the applicable wagering requirements have been met before the account is closed, the remaining balance may be withdrawn.

The rbsji platform is provided on an "as is" basis. rbsji is not liable for any loss caused by technical outages, system downtime, or internet connectivity issues.

Responsibility for any money lost through betting and gaming lies entirely with the user. rbsji's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

rbsji reserves the right to correct any erroneous payouts, incorrect bonus credits, or other errors caused by technical issues, even if the associated funds have already been used.
